Chocolate Guinness Float

This recipe is so much fun because it's the best of both worlds, having dessert and drinking a beer! Guinness is such a delicious chocolatey and creamy beer, pairing it with chocolate ice cream just makes it that more descendant. The perfect adult dessert to finish off a great St. Paddy's Day!

 4 large scoops chocolate ice cream
 2 tsp chocolate extract
 2 tsp chocolate syrup
 6 fl oz guinness draught, cold

Grab two glasses and an ice cream scooper. Scoop 2 large scoops of ice cream into each glass.

Add 1 teaspoon of chocolate extra and 1 teaspoon of chocolate syrup into each glass.

Pour half a can of Guinness into each glass, make sure to pour slowly. Stir while pouring if desired.
