Samsung Chef Collection & The Art of Entertaining

Join us for a night of entertainment and education, as Chef Sarah Grueneberg fills our atrium with the heavenly smells of her beloved Italian cooking. A James Beard Award-winning chef and co-owner of Chicago’s renowned Monteverde Restaurant & Pastificio, Chef Sarah will delight the crowd with some of her favorite dishes, while exploring the art of becoming the perfect host. Learn about the ways that the Samsung Chef Collection brings both professional level features and sleek, modern design to your home kitchen, while sampling Chef Sarah’s creations. 

The menu will include:

  • Appetizer: Ricotta & Artichoke Crostini, a dish that is featured in Chef Sarah’s restaurant.
  • Entree: Pasta Amatriciana with guanciale (a type of Italian cured meat), with a vegetarian option.
  • Dessert: Forgotten Cookies, one of Chef Sarah’s signature desserts.
