A James Beard Award-winning chef and co-owner of Chicago’s renowned Monteverde Restaurant & Pastificio, Chef Sarah will delight the crowd with some of her favorite dishes, while exploring the art of becoming the perfect host. The menu will include:
- Appetizer: Ricotta & Artichoke Crostini, a dish that is featured in Chef Sarah’s restaurant.
- Entree: Pasta Amatriciana with guanciale (a type of Italian cured meat), with a vegetarian option.
- Dessert: Forgotten Cookies, one of Chef Sarah’s signature desserts.
