S’mores Popcorn

This sweet and salty treat is perfect at any time of the year. I don't know about anyone else but I love anything S' mores flavored, including popcorn! There is just something about that perfect graham cracker, chocolate, and marshmallow combo that makes this popcorn mix so yummy. Also, this recipe is a less messy option for the kids while traveling or enjoying a night in.

Yields8 Servings
 10 cups popped popcorn
 2 cups milk chocolate chips
 1 tbsp coconut oil
 2 cups mini marshmallows
2 cups graham cracker pieces and crumbs
1

Pop your popcorn. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper spread popcorn onto cookie sheet.

2

Break up 2 cups of graham crackers into bite-sized pieces.

3

Melt 1/2 of chocolate chips, add a small spoon of coconut oil and transfer into a plastic freezer bag. Make sure the chocolate is still hot when in the bag. Drizzle the chocolate over the popcorn, make sure to go in a zigzag direction to get all the popcorn.

4

Sprinkle the marshmallows and graham cracker pieces over the drizzled popcorn.

5

Melt the remaining chocolate (add some coconut oil) and repeat drizzling process.

6

Allow to cool and then break up into pieces and enjoy!
