Scoop vanilla ice cream into a blender, add about 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of the apple pie filling, and drizzle caramel sauce on top.
Blend until smooth and your desired consistency. If too thick, add more milk; if too loose, add more ice cream!
Pour the milkshake into a glass or mason jar, decorate with candy, donuts, whipped cream, and sprinkles.
