Berry Smoothie Bowls

This smoothie is a tasty way to get your daily fruit fix

New year, new you, right? If you're committed to living a healthier life and eating better in 2018, you're not alone. There's no better time to start making positive health changes than right now. It can be difficult, but one of the best ways to succeed at staying committed to eating right is by finding healthy alternatives that you actually enjoy. Maybe you've tried before, and haven't been successful, but maybe that was because you were trying to give up doughnuts, pizza, and ice cream by replacing them with steamed broccoli, kale juice, and rice cakes. But there's a better way! And that's by discovering healthy options like this berry smoothie bowl. It's vegan, lactose-free, and and uses all-natural ingredients, so it's good for you, but most importantly, it tastes great! You'll need just four ingredients for the smoothie, along with some optional things for toppings. We guarantee this will be one of your New Year's favorites.

Need to get your fruit fix on the go? This smoothie is, well, smooth enough to drink from your favorite mug or shaker bottle. We think it's plenty sweet as it is, but if it's not enough to satisfy your sweet tooth, you could also sprinkle in a little stevia without adding any calories and keeping the smoothie vegan and paleo.
