We’re now already one week into 2013, but, if you ask me, New Year’s Resolutions don’t officially start until today. Most of us only worked a couple of days last week, and spent most of our time lazing around. In our part of the country, the mercury’s been hovering right around freezing, which is a recipe for warm, hearty meals and nights on the couch. Not exactly “getting in shape” weather.
