Meet Our Fall 2020 Star Employees

As we have grown through the years, the one constant has been our family. And by “family,” we mean every employee at Abt—which by current count is somewhere just north of 1,600 people. Our people are the key to our success and continued growth. Everyone here has a unique role in the complex machine that lets us provide a great shopping experience to countless customers across the nation.

And while there are a great many employees who go beyond what is expected of them, twice a year we make the effort to identify four that stand out even among an already bright group. These special people are recognized as Abt Star Employees. They can come from any department in the store, from customer service to the delivery fleet. Some have been here for just a few years; some for more than thirty. The common factor is that they exemplify the absolute best of Abt, and we are proud to have them in the family.
