Jay Goltz, a contributor to The New York Times’ blogosphere, featured Abt Electronics in his recent article entitled, “You’re the Boss: How a Small Business Becomes a Big Business.” In it, he writes of Abt’s history and devotion to quality service. With an investment of less than $1,000 in 1936, founders David and Jewel Abt created a little shop called Abt Radio. Over the years, with hard work and dedication to complete satisfaction, Abt Electronics has grown into a large, family owned business that strives to stay competitive and provides quality service for everyone that steps foot in their store.
This is just another bit of good news for us here at Abt Electronics. Earlier this year we were voted as one of the Top 10 Places to Work For in Chicago by the Chicago Tribune. Our motto, “The Answer is ‘Yes’ to Any Reasonable Request”, will continue to be practiced for our customers for many years to come.
