Executive chef for Jolane’s Café, Johnny Collante was on WGN’s Lunchbreak today. He made one of Jolane’s signature dishes, Tuscan chicken. Micah Materre joined Chef Collante in making the tasty chicken with a salad of tomatoes onions and fresh basil.
