John Samp, Abt Electronics’ Mobile Installation Manager, was listed as one of the 5 finalists for the 2010 Installer of the Year. As one of the four best installers in America, John’s immediate goal upon being promoted at Abt last year was to make every installer Mobile Electronics Certified Professionally (MECP) certified. Within 7 months of his promotion, he added to the mobile installation staff and everyone that works for Abt’s mobile install department is now MECP certified.
When it comes to servicing customer’s needs John goes to the source. “There are still people out there who really don’t care about the customer’s expectations being high or low,” says John. “We’ve got to get customers to believe us.” That certainly is a motto that Abt Electronics stands behind for complete satisfaction.
