One of the design elements that makes the Abt showroom unique is the large atrium. In it you’ll find our fountain, an assortment of fun displays, and the entrances to all of our individual boutiques. These boutiques form a sort of “store within a store” concept. Each focuses on a particular brand or product theme. One of the most popular is the Abt Gourmet Shop, where customers can find all manner of small kitchen appliances, accessories and utensils. If you’re looking for a coffee maker, blender or new set of knives, the Gourmet Shop is where you’d find it. It was getting a little crowded lately, so we made room for an expansion.
The additional floor space allows for a roomy, open-concept floor-plan layout, making it much easier to get around inside the once-cramped shop.
There’s new lighting and shelving throughout, so we can display more products and you can get a better look at them.
But the neatest feature of the expansion is the new active faucet display.
Over thirty faucets are lined up along a pair of long trough-style sinks, and every faucet is completely functional, hooked to a working water supply. This gives our customers the unique ability to fully try every faucet before they buy.
The Gourmet Shop still carries all of the best cooking brands, like Le Creuset, Vitamix, Cuisinart and more. But now we can display even more of them. We hope you can stop by to check out the new space!
For those of you reading this from far away, we welcome you to shop online for the same great service, pricing and selection that you’d find in-store. The small appliances category at Abt.com is the best place to start, but if there’s anything you need help finding, please don’t hesitate to give us a call at 888-228-5800.
