Electronics devices like cellphones, laptops, computers, and tablets are built to last you a long time, but during their lifespan anything could happen. Important documents, family vacation photos, research papers can be lost and cannot be retrieved if your device is not backed up. Backing up your device is simply copying existing files onto a secondary device. Just in case anything happens, you can backup your files onto an external hard drive, flash drive, software or an online storage. It’s encouraged to backup your device frequently so your files are always up to date. Since we are beginning a new year, here’s a couple of steps on how you can backup your device.
