Abt is family company in every sense of the word. Not only are we literally family-owned and operated, but each employee is considered part of the extended family, with everyone doing their part to keep making Abt an extraordinary place to work and shop. But with over 1200 employees in that family, we know the importance of making sure everyone gets the recognition they deserve. So twice a year, we honor four Abt employees that go above and beyond what is expected of them in their daily duties, and who are generally all-around awesome members of this giant family. The Abt Star Employees excel at applying the Abt motto of “The answer is always YES to any reasonable request” to all facets of the Abt experience, from product purchase, through the delivery process, and into post-purchase support.
