CES 2011 has come to a close. It’s been a long weekend filled with amazing new technology and prototypes that should be hitting the market as 2011 moves forward. There were some manufacturers that outdid themselves when it comes to being innovative. CES compiles a list of the 2011 Most Innovative Honorees. Take a look and see some really creative products. One that caught my eye is the portable solar charger by the manufacturer Joos; it charges your cell phones, MP3 players, digital cameras and more.
