Bosch brings the power of professional tools to the home user with its 12V Max and 18V SlimPack battery system. Significantly lighter and more compact than other technologies, Bosch li-ion batteries have a life cycle up to five times longer than competitors.
One of the great new features of Bosch’s current tool line is the L-Boxx modular case system. Billed as an “intelligent transport and storage system,” the L-Boxx line consists of a selection of various sized, shockproof and water-resistant cases that lock to one another for easy transportation of multiple tools. Every Bosch tool comes with a rugged plastic tray which is sized to fit securely into an L-Boxx. Users can then select which tools fit in each case, for a fully customized tool-carrying system.
