It has arrived! Black Friday! While many of you are still sleeping from your Turkey food comas, many others are out there scrounging around for the best deals in retail. The Friday after Thanksgiving is known as the ultimate shopping day where shoppers typically sacrifice sleep for door buster deals at a variety of stores, only to discover that retailers only have about 2 or 3 of those special items!
