Welcome back to autumn days, when weekends are full of football games and even better game-day gatherings. Make sure you’re ready for the rush with our 3-ingredient air fryer chicken quesadillas recipe. They come together in about 10 minutes, so they’re ideal for last-minute plans or busy hosts.
These quesadillas are easy to make and have just chicken and cheese inside them, making them perfect for picky eaters. Even better, they’re easy to customize with toppings like guacamole, salsa and more. If you like a little extra spice in your life, customize your air fryer chicken quesadillas further by tossing your shredded chicken in your favorite spicy sauces and salsas ahead of time. Then, when your food comes out of the air fryer, it’ll have a little more of a kick to it.
For the toppings, set up a self-serve snack bar with all your toppings and other snacks that’ll keep everyone happy (no matter what the scoreboard looks like).
If you’ve got a crowd coming over, make sure you have enough food for everyone and make twice as much as this recipe. It’s designed to be an appetizer, but you’ll want to have enough for everyone watching your TV. For more exciting recipes for the season, check out some of our other game-day recipes.
