This week, results of the e-tailing group’s 13th Annual Mystery Shopping Study named Abt Electronics as one of the Top 9 best online customer service. They conducted secret shopping of 100 online merchants. The explanation that “these merchants understand that efficiency and convenience are essential to deliver a best-in-class online shopping experience” was part of the the result for our belonging in the Top 9. We were even voted with higher customer satisfaction than larger retail sites like Amazon.com and Bestbuy.com.
In addition to that, other requirements for superior quality involved overall satisfaction with timely deliveries, simplicity in finding products and answers, and Abt representatives fully knowing product info when our toll free number is called.
