Abt’s focus on providing our customers with a uniquely enjoyable in-store experience and customer service so outstanding you don’t even recognize it, is the reason we continue to go head-to-head with the “big boys,” and win.
Abt was recently positioned in a NY times article as an electronics retailer who is going above and beyond traditional expectations of retailers in general by offering customers an experience for the entire family, complete with attractions – and yes – our famous cookies. The article highlights our continued efforts to deliver an unprecedented level of complete customer service and determination to listen and deliver upon our customers demands.
As part of that initiative to meet the demands of our customers, Abt is expanding our services. Mentioned in the article “Abt Electronics Proudly Expands Their Store Offerings” on Yahoo! Finance is Ab’t expansion into mattresses, bedding, and linen, select furniture, and mattress protection. The new department, located above the store’s atrium, is schedule to open in August and will feature brands like Tempur-Pedic, Sterns & Foster, and will exclusively offer Carpe Diem products.
Hold on! That’s not all! The expansion also includes Abt’s new home security offerings in Illinois and Wisconsin. In true Abt style, a team of licensed and certified security installers will work with the customer to find the best possible solution to their security needs.
