    It’s helpful to remember that cooking on a grill takes fewer fats like butter & oil than what you’d use to cook in a pan. My wife and I are looking for ways to improve the quality of food we eat so we can stay healthy without having to compromise how much we enjoy eating. Maybe we’d benefit from finding a way to grill more of our food when we can.
