Part of what makes Abt such a great place to shop is our commitment to customer service, from helping you pick out the perfect product to offering free post-purchase tech support. But many of our customers may not know about all the ways that they can contact us. Local customers are always welcome to pop into our Glenview showroom, and, of course everyone can reach us via phone at 888-228-5800. And one of the easiest ways you can chat with us from his is by, well, chatting with us.

To initiate a chat session, just click on the speech balloons icon in the lower right hand corner of your screen.

You can open the online chat function from any page at Abt.com. Simply look for the speech balloons icon in the lower right hand of your screen. Then select the department you’d like to speak to, and then just write out your question. One of our service reps will be along to help you in real time. It’s a great option for those times you can’t be on the phone. Plus, our online chat is available before and after the times when our phone support lines are open. You can find us online during the following hours:

Mon – Fri: 7:00am – 10:00pm (CT)
Sat: 9:00am – 7:30pm (CT)
Sun: 10:30am – 6:30pm (CT)

Fun fact: Did you know that every single one of our customer support reps is located in the same building as our showroom? So whether you contact us by phone, email, chat, or even by sending us a letter, you’ll be speaking to someone in Glenview, IL.

    You emailed me about an appointment a week ago and I had it set and I filled out everything for the 20th this Saturday now you’re sending me another one on my email giving me different dates to choose what’s up
