CES 2019: LG ThinQ Smart Mirror

Mirror, mirror on the wall, who’s the best-dressed of them all? If your mirror answers back “not you,” then you might be interested in this curious concept we saw at CES. The LG ThinQ Smart Mirror takes the standard bedroom accessory and upgrades it with the power of AI.

As demonstrated in the video below, the ThinQ Smart Mirror can take a scan of your body, determine your size, and then make clothing suggestions. Once you’ve decided on attire that fits your fancy, make sure it fits your body, and then a simple tap on the mirror will order the clothes and have them on their way to you. When not in use, the LG ThinQ Smart Mirror can act as a digital assistant, connecting to other ThinQ products, so you can view your daily calendar, see what’s in your fridge, get alerts when the laundry is done, and more. As mentioned, the Smart Mirror is still a concept, but could be hanging on your wall in the not-too-distant future.
