Abt-Solutely Delicious: Chicken Alfredo Pull-Apart Bread

The Super Bowl is only a few weeks away, and whether you’re hosting a party or just watching with your family, we’re here to help you get game day-ready. Of course, we can help you with the basics, like TVs, speakers, and sound systems, but that’s not all. I think we can all agree that the best part about the Super Bowl parties is the snacks—but some chips and wings aren’t going to cut it. This Chicken Alfredo Pull-Apart Bread is going to impress your guests and be a hit at the snack table!

This recipe is great because it uses flavors we all know and enjoy. Let’s face it Alfredo sauce is grown-up mac & cheese, but this recipe modifies the traditional to make something new that tastes great!

First, you want to cut your biscuit dough into quarters and put all of the pieces into a large mixing bowl. Pour the olive oil over the dough and toss it with your hands to coat all of the dough evenly. Next, you want to mix all of the other ingredients with the dough balls. I found the best way to achieve this is to slowly add one ingredient at a time and mix thoroughly after.

For this recipe, you’re going to need a 9″ Springform cake pan, a small oven-safe bowl, and parchment paper. Prepare your cake pan with the parchment paper like you would for a cake: line the bottom with one sheet and the interior edge with another.

Once your pan is prepared, place the oven-safe bowl into the center of the pan and arrange the biscuit dough around the bowl. Stack the dough on top of itself until it fills the pan.

Bake for about 40 minutes, or until the top is a deep golden brown and bubbling. Remove the pan from the oven and very carefully remove the bowl from the center. Place the pan back in the oven for an additional 5 to 8 minutes, or until the biscuit dough in the center is fully cooked.

Remove the bread and let it cool for about 5 minutes. Fill the bowl with Alfredo sauce, place it back into the center of the bread for serving, and enjoy!
