We’re going to grill our dinners. We’re going to grill our breakfasts. We’re going to grill our desserts. And we’re even going to grill our drinks. But first, we’re going to start off with this insanely easy, two-ingredient appetizer: grilled bacon-wrapped asparagus. And since we’ve got the grill fired up, we’re going to whip up a pitcher of Grilled Pineapple Lemonade. That may sound like an odd idea, but it’s a fun twist on the summertime favorite. Adding the pineapple gives the drink a more complex flavor and softens the sour flavor profile that can sometimes be overwhelming. As an added twist, grilling the pineapple lends a slightly smokey taste, making it an ideal mixer for a tequila or mezcal-based adult concoction.
