Abt-solutely Delicious: Almond Butter Recipe

This two ingredient recipe is delicious and easy to make. The perfect after school snack for spreading on apple slices, dipping pretzels, and creating ants on a log. Effortlessly blended together by a Vitamix, the only other things you will need for this recipe are Almonds & Canola Oil. Almond Butter is a healthier alternative to peanut butter. Some store bought peanut butter is packed with sugar, preservatives, and is high in sodium. This almond butter is an easy snack enjoyed by everyone!


4 cups of unsalted roasted almonds

1/4 cup of canola oil

  • Place almonds and canola oil into your Vitamix blender container and secure lid.
  • Turn on blender starting on speed 1, slowly increase speed to 10. Then turn to the highest speed.
  • Use a spatula to scrape sides in-between blends.
  • Blend for about 1-2 mins, or until the texture is to your liking.
  • Enjoy!


Keep in an air tight container, and store in the refrigerator if you prefer it cold.
