Some store bought peanut butter is packed with sugar, preservatives, and is high in sodium. This almond butter is an easy snack enjoyed by everyone!
4 cups of unsalted roasted almonds
1/4 cup of canola oil
- Place almonds and canola oil into your Vitamix blender container and secure lid.
- Turn on blender starting on speed 1, slowly increase speed to 10. Then turn to the highest speed.
- Use a spatula to scrape sides in-between blends.
- Blend for about 1-2 mins, or until the texture is to your liking.
Keep in an air tight container, and store in the refrigerator if you prefer it cold.
