Attention RC Car fans! Interested in doing some racing this weekend? Or maybe just watching the pros do their thing? Come by Abt on Sunday, August 10th, for the 2014 Race For the Kids Charity Radio Control Car Race, benefiting the For Autistic Kids Foundation.
Pro races will be held for Mini, Trans-Am, USGT and 17.5 Touring Car classes. Never raced before? No problem, because the Rookie class is open to all beginners, with no car limits or regulations.
Whatever your skill level, Race For the Kids is all about having fun and helping a good cause! Trophies and prizes, including Abt gift cards, will be awarded to race winners, and non-racers can enter a raffle for a chance to win.
All entry fees and proceeds will be donated to the For Autistic Kids Foundation.
Special thanks to all of the Race For the Kids sponsors: Midwest Slideways RC Club, Alloy Physical Care, Chicagoland Toys & Hobbies, The Track @ Harbor Hobbies, Speed Passion, HPI Racing, and Gravity RC.
