I’ve seen the Abt logo many places, but speeding around a racetrack at 120mph was one place it took me by surprise. Abt Electronics made its racing debut last month, featured on the side of the DLP HDTV Chevrolet. The race car, piloted by full-time NASCAR driver Tony Raines finished 24th in the USG Sheetrock 400 held at the Chicagoland Speedway. The partnership between Abt and the DLP race car is the result of a long relationship with Texas Instruments, the developers of DLP Technology.
Abt Electronics carries a large selection TVs including a variety of the best LCD, plasma and DLP TVs. DLP televisions convey high quality, fast moving digital images, making them perfect for watching action movies and sports like NASCAR. Check out Tony Raines and the DLP Chevrolet in action on ABC starting in September. -by Stephanie D.

August 28, 2007 at 3:25 pmIs it me or are there way too many logos on race cars? How do advertisers expect people to notice theirs with so much clutter?
