One of the keys to Abt’s success is a team filled with employees who are dedicated to offering the best experience to every one of our customers. Many of them interact with shoppers on a daily basis, whether it’s by answering the phones in the customer service department, teaching free computer classes, or delivering and installing appliances. Others work behind the scenes—in the warehouse, the security office, or the accounting department—making the sure the store operates smoothly from day to day.
Twice a year, we honor four employees who do all that is asked of them, and more, with the Star Employee award. The Abt Star Employees are members of our team who consistently demonstrate outstanding performance and who regularly go above and beyond what their position might normally entail.
