3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
10 slices sourdough bread
4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter, softened
- Combine mayo and cream cheese in a medium bowl and beat with an electric mixer until fluffy.
- Add the garlic powder and cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, continue mixing.
- Evenly spread cheese mixture onto five slices of bread. Top with the remaining bread and spread butter on both sides of each sandwich.
