With the Garmin Forerunner Fitness Watch, you can track your progress, load it online wirelessly, or share it with other Forerunner owners. You can set courses, share them and compete timed runs on the same courses with other users. It’s a great way to stay motivated on a run.
If you’re less interested in distance running, and more interested in weight-loss, you can adjust your workout to keep your body burning FAT! By keeping your heartrate in your fat burning zone (target heartrate zone), your body will burn calories from your fat stores, rather than other energy sources.
I use mine everytime I hit the gym, or head out for a run through the neighborhood. I track my daily progress and compare it weekly to ensure my fitness program will ultimately get me to my goal.
