Abt Employee of the Year Kathleen Jakobi
Kathleen has been with Abt for nearly 22 years. She began in customer service and also worked as a cashier before moving into accounts receivable 10 years ago. “I’m really honored to receive this award, and I accepted it with really great pride,” said Kathleen, who has two daughters and three granddaughters. “Everyone in our department is just great to work with, and we enjoy working together as a team.
“It was such a surprise. I didn’t realize I was going to receive this award until I saw my two daughters, Stacie and Jami, at the company holiday party and they told me. I was so excited and happy.” —by Graham W.
